Ordering

Ordering is quick and easy.

  1. Click Register and create an account with us on the top right corner
  2. Locate the Products page
  3. Choose a product, choose your quantity and “Add to cart”
  4. Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
  5. Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
  6. Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready.
  7. Review your billing details, shipping details and order details.
  8. Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done
  9. Check your email for a confirmation letter and next steps to issue an E-Transfer.
  10. Send your E-Transfer and congratulations! You’ve placed your order.
  11. Allow us 24 hours to process your order and expect delivery in 2-3 business days.

If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the old order unless payment has been accepted. Email us at [email protected] with your order number that you want cancelled. This will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t shipped out yet.

All orders that have not been paid for are placed on hold. After sending payment, allow 24 hours for payments to be processed and up to 48 hours on weekends & holidays. Once payment has been accepted, orders will be updated to processing and an email should follow shortly that payment has been accepted.

No, unfortunately we do not have a contact number. Our customer service representative is available by email Monday to Sunday, 9am PST – midnight.

All orders over $100 are eligible to free shipping via Canada Xpress Post (2-3 Business days)

Shipping / Canada Post

Orders paid before 11:00AM(PST) will ship the same business day. Any orders paid for after 11:00AM(PST) will be shipped the following business day (Excluding Weekends & Holidays)

For payments sent prior to our 12:00PM cut-off, Tracking numbers will be sent by 6:00PM(PST) If you missed our cut-off, Tracking numbers will be sent by 6:00PM(PST) the following business day(In some cases, tracking may be in your spam folder)

If a package has been delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Please update your shipping address immediately and notify one of our members right away. We do not cover any lost packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer negligence. We cannot ship packages to the correct address until we receive the package back and Re-Shipment fees will be $20 per parcel.

There could be one of two scenarios here:

  1. The postal worker delivered the package to a wrong mailbox
  2. The postal worker scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it’s actually delivered the next business day.

Canada Post says:

An investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm that the delivery took place or to better understand how they receive their mail. The front desk can be checked, mail room, or security room at the address to see if the package was accepted by someone else on the behalf of the addressee.

Areas that can be checked:

  1. Community mailbox
  2. Around the location to see if the package was left in another location. The mailbox should also be checked.

In some instances, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you believe that the addressee has received the package before we contact you, reply to this email and indicate that the item has been received.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take between 5-7  business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will cover up to $500 or half your order whichever is more as a one-time replacement.

Packages that are deemed delivered by Canada-Post will not be covered in most circumstances.

Most people get their package on time or a day later. In many cases, the tracking isn’t updated due to missing a scan which is a common occurrence. If you don’t receive it 2 days after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will do a trace with the post office.

Our policy covers 100% of any package that is undeliverable/lost or stolen in British Columbia. If a package is undeliverable/lost or stolen in another province we do not hold liability.

All packages lost or stolen in another province we offer a one time 50% coverage of the order up to a maximum of $500

Ex. Tracking # shows package still in Richmond but is missing(We cover)
Ex. Tracking # shows package is missing in Halifax(Purchaser Covers) in most circumstances.

Packages are not considered missing unless Canada Post Confirms it is missing.

Due to higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk. This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen unless tracking # shows package is still in British Columbia.

Points & Rewards System

For each $1 you spend with us, you receive 1 point. For every 100 points you’ve accumulates a $1 discount which you can apply in our check out section.
(Ex. 1000 points = $10 discount) If you do a product review, you’ll earn 100 points.

Please only review on items you’ve purchased.

How to write a review?

1)Click on the product tab located on our top left corner
2)Click on a product
3)Scroll down to the bottom, submit a review and wait for approval
4)Once approved points will be credited into your account

Payment

We only accept Interac E-Transfer and Bitcoin payments. Please feel free to contact one of our reps and ask them about E-Transfers if you have any questions. We also offer guidelines on how to send an E-Transfer with your invoice. Orders are processed until payments are sent.

Allow 24 hours for payments to be processed and up tp 48 hours on weekends & holidays. If you’re concerned you sent it to the wrong email address feel free contact[email protected]

For us to confirm we’ve received your payment prior to the 24-48 hours, please email us the following information:

First Name, Last Name and BANKING email address that you sent payment from.

Be sure to follow instructions carefully and double check the Email address you sent payment from, even if you’ve sent it to the wrong email, rest assured your money won’t be lost in the cyber world!

The order will be processed and you will receive a friendly email confirming your we have received your payment. Please allow up to 24 – 36 hours for us to process your payment. All orders that do not send payment are automatically cancelled within after 48 hours.

For all Bitcoin payments, please email [email protected] requesting the Bitcoin address. All payments paid with Bitcoin will need to be confirmed before order will be processed. Allow up to 24 hours for payment to be accepted and please notify once payment has been sent.

  1. Use your online banking or credit union to send an E-Transfer to us. It only takes a few minutes to do this and it’s safe.
  2. We offer guidelines on who to send an E-Transfer to and your secret answer with your invoice once you’ve placed an order.
